Guest guest
I would say ask at each one for certainty. However, I was told that the Spinach and Shrimp Malaysian salad was GF, Firecracker Chicken, Pad Thai and a couple of others were GF. I was there getting catering info for my company so I didn't eat anything then, but there were two managers who were both very confident that those items were GF. I plan to go back another time, ask the same question of different people again, and make sure I get the same answer. I'll probably check online too.LynnOn Oct 15, 2010, at 3:38 PM, BarbRogan wrote: Can you please post what the gluten free offerings are at Yan Can Cook? There's one over in Santa Clara. Thanks!
