Search the group's archive. As you suspect, this was discussed before because WF was removing the labeling of ingredients for each dish. Many people protested., and the labeling was reinstalled. I have not, though, checked in several months, but it should be correct for each dish. The last time we did use the salad/entree/sides bar at the Cupertino WF, my wife experience no adverse impact, and she gets a severe anemia from villi damage. Hey Everyone,I didn't hear back from anyone and I was sort of wondering your thoughts on this? Thanks,On Mon, Jan 24, 2011 at 11:05 AM, Tercovich <catchrenee@...> wrote:

Hi Everyone - I'm sure this has come up before, but it never applied to me until now. Do any of you eat from the Whole Foods salad bar? I'll do my own dressing and stay away from anything even remotely near a crouton - I'm just wondering.

Thanks~

I have gotten soup from their soup bar several times without experiencing symptoms and I am very sensitive, including dh 'rash'. I checked with the chef first to make sure the broth & spices in the particular soups I took were gf. Like 's wife, I experience severe anemia as one of my reactions.
