As you suspect, this was discussed before because WF was removing the labeling of ingredients for each dish. Many people protested., and the labeling was reinstalled. I have not, though, checked in several months, but it should be correct for each dish. The last time we did use the salad/entree/sides bar at the Cupertino WF, my wife experience no adverse impact, and she gets a severe anemia from villi damage. Do any of you eat from the Whole Foods salad bar? I'll do my own dressing and stay away from anything even remotely near a crouton - I'm just wondering. Guest guest
I have gotten soup from their soup bar several times without experiencing symptoms and I am very sensitive, including dh 'rash'. I checked with the chef first to make sure the broth & spices in the particular soups I took were gf. Like 's wife, I experience severe anemia as one of my reactions. ----- Original Message ----- From: j. hogle Sent: Wednesday, January 26, 2011 11:01 AM Subject: Re: [ ] Re: Whole Foods Salad Bar Search the group's archive.
