Guest guest
I found that taking calcium supplements led to my heart palpitations but as soon as I cut out the calcium and began using magnesium the palpitations lessened. I think the heart failure epidemic is caused from people taking the statin drugs as they deprive the heart of large quantities of CoQ10. phine > > Magnesium deficiency is as bad as the iodine problem, both are at > almost pandemic stages. Guest guest
Hear, hear ! I have also been using the transdermal magnesium chloride and am thrilled with the results. It's an awesome way to get all of the magnesium that (most of us) need. As the site link you included in your post indicates, most people cannot get " enough " of the magnesium that is need via a pill supplement. .. And if they " try, they struggle with all of the stomach issues. Using the mag chloride oil totally circumvents that. Best, Glo From: k8teeth <stonesigns@...> Subject: Magnesium for life...helped with heart palpitations and arythmia Coconut Oil Date: Saturday, July 12, 2008, 7:34 PM Magnesium deficiency is as bad as the iodine problem, both are at almost pandemic stages. I got onto Magnesium because of heart palpitations and arythmia which i have had for nearly 3 years, looking back on it. 3 weeks ago the palpitations were so bad that i was on my way to the hospital for the emergency room,it was that bad. ..i thought i was going to have a heart attack. But on the way,i stopped at a naturopath friend who gave me something and in 30 mins the severe palps stopped. He doesnt know why they were happening though. But they were still there, not as bad,but the missed beats, then 2 really close together...it was like Jazz in the chest. ..and the severe pounding..my poor heart ! Many times a minute this would happen. The worst thing i was really worried for my poor heart..it does such a good job. Then i read somewhere that Magnesium oil helps heart palpitations and arythmia because its a muscle and muscles need Magnesium. I also looked at other symptoms and a lot pointed to Magnesium deficiency. I discovered that if you if use Magnesium oil on the skin...its absorbed 4 times quicker than orally AND you can have a foot bath with it in it and this also helps to absorb it quickly also. Its expensive. Some places charge $30 for 200ml,but then i discovered that Nigari is the same thing...Magnesium chloride. So I order 3 kilos for $30 and that will make around 5 liters, plus i can use the flakes for the foot bath. So I got some and used 50/50 in a 100ml bottle. I covered the whole leg from the knee to the ankle and it took an hour to dry...winter over here. Also that night i had a foot bath with 30grams of Nigari flakes. Soaked for 1 hour. This is no joke..NEXT MORNING when i woke up,the heart palpitations and arythmias were gone and this is after MANY months with heart palpitations and arythmias . I could hardly believe this !!! I still have a strong pounding heart beat which i know is not how it used to be,but its only 1 week since ive been using it and its made such a differance. Im also feeling a lot more calm, which is also the result of the Magnesium oil, because it helps to relax your muscles and so then are you. High blood presure is also related to magnesium deficiency because the arteries have a muscle in the lining and if you dont have enough Magnesium, then they dont function as well and so pressure is higher. I wished i kept the link, but there is one site mentioning that many are literally dropping dead of heart failure due to magnesium deficiency . I dont think this is an exageration considering how i felt 3 weeks ago. On one site it was said that it will take 3 months before my body is at optimal Magnesium levels,so i cant wait for that. Below are a few links, but the interview with Dr Mark Sircus is a must. I have been in contact with him and mag oil can be made from the right Nigari as its Mag chloride and this is the type of Mag that is absorbed the best. . http://www.magnesiu mforlife. com/ http://www.level1di et.com/magnesium -benefits. html
Guest guest
Hi , When I read your article I got the chills down the spine feeling. I went and called my sister and asked for her to take a look at your article. She said that your description of heart palpitations and arrhythmia described her heart palpitations in every way. Her doctor does not know what is wrong, she was cleared by all of the tests and the only one left is this $3,000 test. My sisters doctor believes that even with this new test they will not find anything. My sister wants to start immediately with the Magnesium Chloride so I went on line to find where I could buy some. I found Mitoku Nigari on the web for 44lbs $56.40 at Discount Natural Foods, but the shipping is $40.75 which makes a total $97.15. Is there a reason why I shouldn't get MAG for total ice control it is 100% Magnesium Chloride and sells for 27 cents a pound but it is for deicing the pavement. > > Magnesium deficiency is as bad as the iodine problem, both are at > almost pandemic stages. > > I got onto Magnesium because of heart palpitations and arythmia which > i have had for nearly 3 years, looking back on it. > > 3 weeks ago the palpitations were so bad that i was on my way to the > hospital for the emergency room,it was that bad. ..i thought i was > going to have a heart attack. Guest guest
I would stay away from Magnesium for de-icing pavement. As it is not meant to be used as a food or supplement, it could have all sorts of harmful impurities. Don't want to poison your sister just to save a few dollars. I recently bought 5 five pound bags of nigari from http://www.simply-natural.biz/Nigari.php and paid $46 for nigari plus shipping. I believe the minimum order is 3 five pound bags. Guest guest
, there is no way you should use the stuff for the footpath !!! Remember, when you put in on your skin, its being absorbed into the body by by- passing the normal filtration of elements that go into your body via the gut. This means any crud or poisons in the NON FOOD GRADE will enter her blood stream and you dont want this AT ALL. Ive worked out that i will only need 2 kilos at the most for a whole year. Thats only $30 including delivery. so why buy that amount when you wont use it and then really good stuff is heaps less ? So instead get some really good food grade stuff. The nigari thats used in tofu making is the best, thats what its used for. It shouldnt be hard to find. I feel for your sister, heart problems esp the one we have can friek you out when its happening. Its realy scary,BUT it stopped over night for me dispite this going on for nearly 3 years. The worst stopped over night, but it will take at last 3 months before my body is at optimal mag levels. I can still feel my heart pounding, but its heaps better than before. Use a foot bath for 2 weeks as well, but only for 2 weeks...one site said. I rub it on both my legs from the knee to the ankle and leave it on for 3-4 hours. Let us know what happens. .
Guest guest
, I am taking your advice and buying the nigari instead of the ice melting flakes. The only reason I considered the other was due to the fact that as soon as someone realizes that something is beneficial to one's health they triple the price. Anyway I will let you know how it works out with my sister's heart. Thank you, > > , > there is no way you should use the stuff for the footpath !!! Guest guest
If you need to keep it inexpensive, why not just use epsom salts? One of its intended uses is to be taken orally (in higher amounts than you would use for magnesium supplementation). You can also take magnesium baths with it, and also apply it to wet skin after a bath or shower, leave it on for (?) then rinse or wipe off. sol kevkimmel wrote: > , > > I am taking your advice and buying the nigari instead of the ice > melting flakes. Guest guest
epsom salts are magnesium sulphate NOT Chloride and the body uses Chloride FAR MORE easily. I have never heard of mag oil coming from epsom salts/magnesium sulphate.
Guest guest
I started reading up on this when I started seeing it in the posts. I also wondered about epson salts as I had some sitting around. After reading up I think I'm going to do a combination of baths with the epson salts but use the mag oil & gel I ordered online. The sulphates in Epson Salts are actually beneficial as well. I was researching along the lines for ADHD, Autism spectrum. > > epsom salts are magnesium sulphate NOT Chloride and the body uses > Chloride FAR MORE easily. Guest guest
, Would you be kind enough to post where you purchase your Nigari flakes. I am low in mag too and suspect i have hypo as well. Just want to make sure i get a good nigari. BTW, when you make 50/50 nigari and water do you drink it straight or spread throughout the day? Thanks.
