Guest guest Posted January 26, 2011 Report Share Posted January 26, 2011 hi all, i'm a novice when it comes to gluten-free baking. i'm wondering if it's okay to use silicone baking dishes or silicone cookie mats (like the silpat) for gluten-free baking? i tried it once and it horribly burnt my cupcakes. i was just given some more cupcake silicone cups and i'm wondering if i should return them and get a traditional metal pan? thanks for your input, alison Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
