My blood levels were so low I had to go to the ER, but since then I have been on an extra 650mg of iron a day. Before I started taking iron, i was extremely tired at the end of the day, during work outs, and would get very close to fainting when it was hot outside. I can definitely tell the difference when I take it and when I don't take it for a few days. They do sell it over the counter in amounts of about 300mg so I would try adding that to your daily vitamins. Guest guest
You might try sublingual B12 supplements, which are placed under the tongue and absorbed in the mouth, and see if you get better results that way. Guest guest
You might want to consider B12 spray (http://products.mercola.com/vitamin-b12-spray/). I have not used this myself, but I do use many of Dr. Mercola's products including his multivitamins and vitamin D spray, and I think they all are the highest quality on the market. Best wishes,
