Guest guest
Hello Everyone - When Shana was diagnosed it was at first a puzzle to determine what vitamins and nutrients she needed. She is now on a routine and here is what works for us. We also do regular blood testing to be sure her Vitamin D, Zinc and Iron levels are within normal range. Hope this helps. I have been taking B12 supplements since May due to high MCV (a sign of B12 deficiency), but am still feeling very anemic when I exercise, like I have no strength at all. Has anyone else experienced this? I've heard some people need B12 shots. If anyone has tried them, do they help? Thanks, ,_._,___
