Guest guest
Hey , i've dropped from 244 to 213 in about 9 months using coconut oil. But, I gained weight at first, cause I thought I gave me a license to keep eating what I was, just add the VCO....wrong. It does keep hunger away though. On weekends, I'll have 2 tblspns vco with 2 eggs or 2 scoops of protein powder for breakfast and that's all. Then I'll walk 18 holes golfing, not get home until 4 or 5 and not have gotten hungary at all. It has amazed me how much energy I have for so long and I don't get hungry. During the week, same breakfast but only one of each, then microwaved broccoli with 2-3 tblspns vco melted on top. Whatever for dinner, just not too much. Simple and easy, and repeatable. And I weigh myself every morning. Get the feedback, and don't get too up or down about the answer. Just process what you did the day before (there's so many variables). I started using vco because my feet hurt me so much from walking the golf course, I couldn't golf regular. VCO made that go away, never to return. VCO doesn't make it so you don't love to eat, but if you can stay away from the carbs, you'll burn fat and not get hungary. You, WILL have to change your diet . You'll ache less with regular vco usage. -Rodney- --------------------------------- Never miss a thing. Make your homepage.
