Guest guest
For a good source on reading and understanding Leptin (and what to do about it, to get your body back to utilizing Leptin properly so that you can lose weight), there is a book by n called ³Cheat to Lose². I just finished reading it at 4 a.m. This morning. It is well written and a very quick read, but once you get through it you will feel like you have a good handle on understanding Leptin and it¹s importance in optimal health and weight loss.
