Guest guest
White Egret Farms in Austin, Texas sells organic, grass fed, free range, no gmo fed chicken, turkey (seasonal), beef, and goat meats. Also organic eggs, goat milk, cheeses and yogurt and whey from goat milk. Their chicken really taste different from supermarket sold chicken. They are also so very tender. They ship out of state - frozen though. But when i buy there the meats are of course frozen too. But still tastes good. Their website is: www.whiteegretfarms.com. I am only a customer of theirs and have no financial interest with them.
Guest guest
Sorry Alobar. BTW do you believe in the Leptin thing? What is it anyway? Is it an organ that does not function when one is diabetic? How does one get it to function then? Thanks,
Guest guest
Alobar, Many many thanks for the wonderful explanation on LEPTIN. Is there a way to check if i have enought of this hormone? The Order form of White Egret Farm indicates grass-fed meat products. I went to their farm and i saw the cows grazing on the farmland. Just don't know if they give them other foods to eat. . They also have grass fed lean goat meat. The owner said this is better and less fat than beef. One thing he assured us is that his beef is definitely " Non-Mad Cow " . Guest guest
Alobar, It is not that i crave for sweets or carbs. I can go without them if i really want to and i don't miss them. The thing that bothers me is that i go to bed with a normal blood glucose but when i get up the following morning my blood sugar rises way above normal around the 150-155 range. I'm sure I don't eat in my sleep LOL. I read that if this happens i have a problem with leptin. So how do i correct the leptin problem? Thanks.
