Guest guest
I was just at Saturn Cafe in Berkeley. They have a gluten and wheat free menu now and I was excited to eat there. We asked for the menu and was happy to see there were fries on there. A co-worker said she thought that the thinner french fries are coated with wheat flour but the steak fries aren't. I asked the waiter whether this was true. Yes, the thin fries are not gluten free. But the thick ones are! But are they then fried in different fryers? No, they're not! So what does gluten free mean then? Well, those are just the items that are naturally gluten free. We don't have the money or room for an extra fryer. Would you like to order now? NOOOOOO!!!! What a disappointment!
