I know of a chef that does individualized classes, cooking, baking and he has cooked gluten free for me for years.  He is amazing and caters to whatever it is you would like to learn.  Let me know if you want his contact info.

Hi there,

I just posted a list of upcoming GF classes earlier in the week. I have two

coming up:

Wed Jan 19 New Leaf in Half Moon Bay

Thur Mar 10 San Mateo Whole Foods

There's also a Gluten-Free meet-up at Draegers in Danville (Blackhawke) on Feb

12 (I have to add that to my calendar; woops!).

Feel free to contact me directly about individual classes. Thanks!

Sur la Table in Los Gatos has offered gluten free baking classes in the past.

They were supposed to offer another class in January but had to cancel it due to

low enrollment. According to Sur la Table the earlier class they offered in

October was sold out.

If enough of us request the class, they will offer it again. The Los Gatos

store contact is: * Phone: 408-395-5576

* Email: Cooking011@...

Alternatively, we could ask them to host a custom class for us. Here's the

weblink about it:

http://www.surlatable.com/category/cat500443/Create-Your-Own-Class Sur La Table

can offer classes in Palo Alto too.

If anyone is interested, please email me separately and I can investigate it

putting together a custom class (including costs, etc.).
