Guest guest
Good evening Everyone - First off, we would like to thank everyone for the support over the past few months. We are continuing to grow and have taken over (move in on January 15) a 3,500 square foot space in downtown Santa Cruz that we are going to be turning into a gluten free food court over the next 3-6 months. While our focus is going to be on the wholesale side, we believe that this space provides an opportunity for gluten free chefs/bakers to share their products with the public in which consumers can obtain a full meal with the knowledge that it is gluten/wheat free. We also will make the space available for gluten free events. We will be subleasing to gluten free chefs/bakers on a month to month lease and will bring in equipment as needed. In the meantime, we are in a number of new stores including all Draeger's (Frozen), Aunti Gluten's Bakery in Pleasanton (Fresh Bread), Shopper's Corner in Santa Cruz (frozen) Cornucopia Community Market in Carmel (Fresh and Frozen), People & Planet in Hill, and starting tomorrow, Wednesday, we will be delivering fresh bread Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays to Zanotto's San and Zanotto's Willow Glen. We will have a demo this Sunday at the Zanotto's Willow Glen store so come check us out. Also, don't forget that Draeger's Blackhill is going to have a Gluten Free Event on Saturday, February 12th. A lot of vendors will be there sampling their products. Once again, thank you for all of your support and check in with us at Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/pelesoven Twitter: http://www.twitter.com/pelesoven http://www.pelesoven.com (our site will finally be up within a month) Regards, Joe Joe Hertzbach 831.531.7422 joe@...
