Spectrum makes a flash-frozen ground flaxseed. It is very well protected

from rancidity. I can't say how well your teeth grind the seed, maybe you're

a miracle worker! But most people think that unground flaxseed is more fiber

than anything else, and that if you want the nutritional benefits of flax,

you should eat them after they have been ground up.

No. I've been using the whole flaxseed. The only thing about that is

you have to make sure you chew them up very well.
