Guest guest
I tried them tonight...of course they aren't as good as the homemade ones my mom used to make, but they're pretty good and more affordable than the frozen ones at Whole Foods. They suggest 4 minutes cooking time. I may cook them a little less next time to prevent some of them from falling apart.Buon appetito! From: Tercovich <catchrenee@...>To: Sent: Sat, January 8, 2011 8:15:51 PMSubject: Re: [ ] CostCo GF Ravioli Awesome! Guest guest
We tried them last night, too. Ours completely fell apart while cooking. We dialed back on the boiling water, but obviously not enough. We'll see how it goes with the second package...-leslie From: jackie_defendis@...Date: Sun, 9 Jan 2011 18:28:43 -0800Subject: Re: [ ] CostCo GF Ravioli I tried them tonight...of course they aren't as good as the homemade ones my mom used to make, but they're pretty good and more affordable than the frozen ones at Whole Foods. Guest guest
I have cooked them 3 different times and have not had any fall apart. I've done the recommended 4 minutes, maybe even longer.
