He was trained in making and serving gluten-free food while he was working at BJ's. He makes the g-f crust personally - it's not a pre-frozen crust. Â He now advertises on his website that they serve g-f pizza and pasta for both lunch and dinner, which is terrific. Â He serves g-f penne pasta. Â For lunch, the menu features a 1/2 and 1/2 type lunch - pasta with salad or pasta with soup (all of his three soups are g-f - he makes them himself - minestrone, tomato and lentil). Â It was enough for both of us, but if you have a big appetite, you could probably eat the whole pizza! You may want to call before heading over for g-f pizza just so he can have the dough pre-made and ready for you when you come. Â Not necessary, just a thought of his. Â Ibrahim is very earnest and accommodating. I have no clue how to add this wonderful restaurant to any g-f map of restaurants. Â If someone could do this, it would be so great. Â You just don't run into very many owners/managers of restaurants who are so willing to give us such a great meal selection.
