Guest guest
I use NOW whey protein isolate which I buy in 10 pound bags to save money. I use a lot of whey and I need to pinch pennies! Unflavored is rather unappealing to take straight. If I could have fruit smoothies, I would use plain, but fruit has tons of carbs I need to avoid. Vanilla tastes yummy, but is higher in carbs than plain. So I blend the two, using nearly twice as much unflavored as vanilla. I mix in far less water than the package recommends to get a nice creamy smoothness. Shaking the whey and water in a pint jar with a screw top blends it nicely. BTW, I treat my bunion with a little rubber spacer between my big and second toes to prevent toe bruising. It's funny, she has wide square feet like me, but ended up with bunions which, considering the shoes I used to wear, I should have, but don't; and she, who has been far more careful than I at her age (28) has them. Must be father's side...altho I recall my Grandmother using tissue spacers for her bunions, and she was a plain woman. Go figure. Thanks again for your whey reply,
Guest guest
Hi ; I still use DYNA WHEY from Superstore but yes, I've looked at many more than 3 that are good including Now's whey isolate and posted a few of them to my website page on whey: http://tinyurl.com/cuzcc Absolutely whey is an ATP energy and recovery enhancer in addition to enhancing immune response and control, reducing adhesion of pathogenic bacteria in the bowel, detoxifying pesticides, mercury, and normal toxin loads, building lean mass, a whole list of benefits...glutathione is used in some 200 reactions in the body. all good, Duncan > > Hello lads, > > Alobar, which whey do you use again? > > Duncan, as I recall, you used to recommend 3 denatured wheys?
