Just remember that coconut isnt a complete food you will still need protein and other vegetables for other necessary nutrients and even some other oils. IN NC > > Hi! I¹m a relative newbie, trying to get my bearings and get some real good weight loss going. Went to the doctors after being frustrated. Then finally lost a few pounds. I¹m running out of CO so I really just need to buy some more and get at it!
