As long as the coconut isnt the only food you are eating , that should

be a good way to get the coconut into your diet . Just remember that

coconut isnt a complete food you will still need protein and other

vegetables for other necessary nutrients and even some other oils.

I need to lose 40. I was just curious. I¹m a relative newbie, trying to get

my bearings and get some real good weight loss going.

Went to the doctors after being frustrated. Then finally lost a few pounds.

I¹m running out of CO so I really just need to buy some more and get at it!
