I've been to Fresh Choice. Its a bit difficult to control cross contamination since it is self-serve. There's always someone that will use the tongs from a non-GF dish on the GF dish. Fresh Choice has been labeling their GF stuff for a couple of years

now. Usually, only the cooked or mixed foods are so labeled.

I am very aware, and to that end, I tend not to get any foods on

either side or below a gluten item. This caution has served me well;

I've never been glutened at Fresh Choice.
