Guest guest
Sonja, reducing cholesterol is a big fat lie; see The CHolesterol Myths: http://www.ravnskov.nu and take a look to at Dr. Ravnskov's credentials page. You will get better health AND get to your correct body mass index on a reduced-carb diet, which means avoiding all grains, legumes and all refined starches and sugars. Join the candidiasis group here and follow the protocol: candidiasis An anti-aging, autoimmune disease protocol that contains the above appears as the first link on my site. See the references, same as in the degenerative illnesses protocol. Note also the core products and the feedback page: http://members.shaw.ca/duncancrow Duncan > > Hi > I have a few ailments firstly diabetes type 1 for 30years, > hypothyroidism [Hashimotos disease] 12 yrs and just discovered the > thyroxine I've been taking has caused depression, headaches and many > other negative reactions. Guest guest
The best way to lose that much weight in a healthy way is to start off with a purification program, with all the toxins both man made and naturally produced, our body finds it very difficult to shed excess weight. Our bodies produce fat cells to protect us from dangerous toxins ..You need to prepare the ground so to speak if you want total wellness..How committed are you?. If you change your diet, juiced, balanced your pH and took coconut oil you would be on the road to reaching your overall goal. A few of spoons of coconut oil each day may take you a long time to realize your goals, its good stuff but not that good, there is no magic key just a lot of hard work and commitment..however with work you would find all aspects of your health improve.Read some of Bruce Fifes books he is a real advocate of purification and detox.. Wishing you the best Deborah Puriti. _____ From: Coconut Oil [mailto:Coconut Oil ] On Behalf Of myhealth200867 Sent: Saturday, March 29, 2008 11:14 AM Coconut Oil Subject: multiple health issues and a recomended dose of oil Hi I have a few ailments firstly diabetes type 1 for 30years, hypothyroidism [Hashimotos disease] 12 yrs and just discovered the thyroxine I've been taking has caused depression, headaches and many other negative reactions.
