Sonja, reducing cholesterol is a big fat lie; see The CHolesterol

Myths:

http://www.ravnskov.nu and take a look to at Dr. Ravnskov's

credentials page.

You will get better health AND get to your correct body mass index on

a reduced-carb diet, which means avoiding all grains, legumes and all

refined starches and sugars. Join the candidiasis group here and

follow the protocol:

candidiasis

An anti-aging, autoimmune disease protocol that contains the above

appears as the first link on my site. See the references, same as in

the degenerative illnesses protocol. Note also the core products and

the feedback page:

The best way to lose that much weight in a healthy way is to start off with

a purification program, with all the toxins both man made and naturally

produced, our body finds it very difficult to shed excess weight. Our bodies

produce fat cells to protect us from dangerous toxins ..You need to prepare

the ground so to speak if you want total wellness..How committed are you?.

If you change your diet, juiced, balanced your pH and took coconut oil you

would be on the road to reaching your overall goal.

A few of spoons of coconut oil each day may take you a long time to realize

your goals, its good stuff but not that good, there is no magic key just a

lot of hard work and commitment..however with work you would find all

aspects of your health improve.Read some of Bruce Fifes books he is a real

advocate of purification and detox..

Wishing you the best

Deborah Puriti.

Coconut Oil

Subject: multiple health issues and a recomended

dose of oil

Hi

I have a few ailments firstly diabetes type 1 for 30years,

hypothyroidism [Hashimotos disease] 12 yrs and just discovered the

thyroxine I've been taking has caused depression, headaches and many

other negative reactions. Which I basically put down to life with

diabetes and thyroid. Now I'm on tertroxine instead [1 week] and

starting kelp capsules to help reduces the synthetic dosage needed.

High cholestrol, gum disease and over weight. My total chol is

9.8mmol/L Tri 2.2 HDL 1.4 & LDL 6.97 A friend suggestted consuming a

tablespoon a day. What do you suggest.

I also have started again on Ganoderma capsules to help my ailments.

5 years ago I had an undiagnosable virus that left me very tired and

ill for months. I started on ganoderma and it saved me. I have not

taken them seriously for 12 months but have started again on all my

natural products again my doc has given me 2 months to see how the

natural remodies go before considering lipids.

Heres a list of what I'm taking each morning.

Ganoderma

Kelp capsules

Insulin[pump thearapy] & tertroxine[1 morn & night]

Vit C 2g

Spirulina

I have started morning walks / using my Zen Chi excersiver 2-3 times

daily.

I would really love to lose about 20kg and reduce cholestrol.

Any suggestions would be greatfully accepted.

Let us know how you react to the kelp. Many, if not most, people with

Hashi's do not do well with any supplemental iodine.

Here is a story about an 88 year old man who ate 25 eggs a day for at

least 15 years, and consistently had normal cholesterol levels. From
