And what would be a good substitution for tofu? Do tell.......................................................... -richard- ;-{) I make a tofu-rice casserole that my grown children invariably request for their birthdays, and I also have an angel-hair tofu dish that we all love. Those are for special occasions, though. nah > (if I knew then what I know now about soy, I > would have found another alternative, believe me). ..
