Duncan - whey... Baking?

Hi Duncan or anyone else in the know:

Can you add whey into baking such as bread or cakes without deteriorating

its nutritional value too much?

Baking with whey will about 100% denature the product of its valuble

glutathione precursors. You can choose a very poor grade for baking

instead of using the good stuff :)
