Hydrogen peroxide for cold symptoms

I want to thank the person who posted not long ago about using

hydrogen peroxide in the ear for cold symptoms.

I ver rarely get any sickness. But the past month has seen me not

able to keep up with my nutritional startegies and me fermenting of

kefir and kombucha. My son got a wicked bad cold, tons of head and

chest congestion, wheezing, headache, sore throat, swollen glands---

the full monty!

Yesterday night, I felt those symptoms coming upon me. Suddenly I

remembered reading something about hydrogen peroxide in the ears. I

put about a 1/2 cc in each ear last night. I figured that the worst

that could happen was that I would have very clean ears!<grin>

Aside from feeling like my ear was underwater for about a minute, I

had no crackling, fizzing or pain. This morning, I still felt some

symptoms but there was a noticeable change for the better. I repeated

the treatment and used it on my son as well.

When I got home from church, I felt even better and he seemed much

improved! So I treated us both again. And again four hours after

that.

Now I feel completely healthy, and he, on only day three of this

cold, is so much better!

I can't wait to see how I am in the morning, and him, too!

Blessings, Jill!
