Guest guest
Even though I don¹t crave carbs and don¹t¹ feel the ³need² to eat dessert, there has to be SOME reasons I seem to be having a heck of a time keeping weight off or maintaining any consistent weight loss. The book I just read on the leptin deals a lot with having messed up your metabolism. I know, I mean it is pretty much a no brainer that I would definitely have done things that would slow my metabolism since I¹ve been a chronic meal skipper, etc. The book was amazingly on target for me ( n¹s). I¹m looking forward to reading more works on leptin. I do think that by having protein (and fat) meals and snacks like is thoroughly gone over in the book is going to be key for getting my weight loss going...... (there is an interesting way of varying your eating through time periods that reminds me of the mixed interval training that I brought up before. I think of it almost like interval training for your eating. I¹m very excited to try it, be cause I¹ve noticed in the past when I accidentally seemed to do something like this that it seemed to work (for weight loss) and I¹d always wondered why....
