So this is the whey you were discussing when the 3 brands were brought up as

being good ones to get, right?

What brick and mortar stores might possibly carry some of those brands of

good whey? I am getting ready to change how I am eating ( I have trouble

getting more than 2 times of eating in some days) and I can really see why

helping me to succeed in this endeavor. I Œd really like to not have to

purchase it online though, for one thing I don¹t want to have to wait, but

there are other reasons, one of which I¹d like to be able to purchase it

without having to explain it all to my dh. (I¹m going to inform him what all

I¹m doing today, but sometimes the less explanation the better with certain

things, like the whey)

I avoid " brick and morter " stores as much as possible. Much less

expensive on-line. And it is rare I can find what I want in local

stores.

If you have cash, you can always buy a money order to avoid credit

card receipts.

If you have a friendly local store, you could ask them to stock things

for you, but that means waiting and probably paying a very high price.

Sorry, I do not know what happened here. I was answering another post on

another group. Too much mail, too late at night, I guess.

Cheers, Dug
