You should usually check, but most are no longer wheat sources. But, most folks don't do well with MSG - present party included - and most immuno compromised people really don't do well with neuro toxins (MSG). Pho is actually fairly easy to make and if you make a big batch it freezes well, and is a really quick weeknight meal.
