Check your grocery stores. I am buying coconut at the grocery store since I have

been drinking the coconut water in the mornings, then I used some for my eyes

and I clean my face with it too. I then, eat the meat as breakfast, lunch or

dinner.

This is a routine that I just started and see what result I might get. I

normally purchase the coconut for a $1.19 or in sale for one dollar. There two

types of coconuts in the market. Just make some phone calls and see what

alternatives are close to you.

Best of luck!

just guessing , but I dont think you would get the same effect from canned or

processed coconut water. Heating done in the pasturization or canning process

would destroy alot of the natural enzymes .I beleive those enzymes are a large

part of the healing property for the eye treatment .But like I said Its a guess.

However if the coconut water has been processed so it wont spoil then it is

probably safe to put in your eye and If I had a cateract I would give it a

try.It might help.

Dr. Fife's anecdote refers to fresh coconut water helping a lady with

cataracts. A couple of questions; Can what you buy in a container be

considered fresh? If you use coconut water from a container, will it

hurt you? I have been reluctant to try it as the stories refer to

fresh, i.e. straight out of a green coconut.

If I were going to try this, I would buy a whole coconut. Mature

isn't as good as a young coconut, but as long as it isn't mouldy

indide the nut, I suspect it is far better than canned coconut water.

I would only consider the fresh directly from a fresh young (green, immature)

coconut. I can get them everywhere here in Hong Kong for about US$1,00.

Young coconuts are a rarity in some places. It all depends on where one lives.

The water in the young fresh coconuts,at least right off the tree, are

sterile as the water was used extensively during WWII in the Philippines as

a replacement for blood and plasma when none was available.

I believe the coconut that I buy are from THAI, the green has been removed but

the white hair still there. There are normally on ice or were the vestables are.

It normally has a seal only has a green palm tree. The water test sweet and

fresh and the meal as well. I had try different kinds and this is the only type

that I can tell is fresh.

Best of luck.
