New Harvest Naturals - a company who does not care about their customers

Well, I've had it with a company called New Harvest Naturals. I bought a box of

their mini pound cakes from Beehive in San . My daughter and I opened two

of the little packages and took bites in great anticipation. However, the salt

taste was so overpowering that we promptly spit it out into the sink. Something

went horribly wrong during the processing of this product – like half a

container of salt was inadvertently poured into it.

I emailed New Harvest Naturals with no response. The next week, I left several

voicemails with the company and asked them to call me. No call back. The next

week, I called and talked with Steve who said the company was moving locations

but that he would have the office manager, Ellen, call me back the next morning.

No call back. I mailed the unused portion of the package to the address Steve

told me and asked for their quality control manager taste the product and get

back to me. That was 2 weeks ago. Nothing.

I hate it when a company does not respond to a customer when they have a concern

about their product. Not only have I been a patient consumer, but I am out the

cost of their product and the cost of mailing their product back to them without

the decency of a response!

You're doing the right thing, though, posting your experience here. I personally boycott any companies who do not respond to such problems and will back you by not buying any New Harvest Naturals products and encourage others to do the same.I have CC'd the company with this email so that they hear an additional voice. I will be so curious to know if you hear from them! Please let me know if you

do!

All I wanted to do is let them know that something happened with the salt

content during their manufacturing process. Their company was re-locating, so I

was trying to be patient. But after weeks of no contact after an email, 7 phone

calls and even a package mailed to them, I give up! :)
