Hi Susi,I feel like I am the queen of cookbooks! My friends and family flooded me with them for holiday and birthday presents, and some are definitely better than others. While I have many that are specifically gf, some are not but have excellent gf recipes by default in them. My favorites include: Oliver's series of books. Hi,

I am looking for some cookbook recommendations. I have been cooking from scratch from on's Cooking Gluten Free for a while and I also have the iPhone app Cook It allergy free.

Does anyone have any other good cookbooks that you can recommend for nice family dinners that are not too complicated but taste good?

Thanks so much,

Susi

Make It Fast Cook It Slow by O'Dea is my fave and entirely gluten

free. She has an award winning blog too... I'm not at my computer but if you

google 365 crockpot you'll pull it up. All those are gf too. ~Lynn

Even though I'm not vegetarian, my favorite gf cookbook is The Gluten-Free Vegetarian Kitchen by Donna Klein. For everyday cooking, a recent find is Incredibly Easy Gluten-Free Recipes in the cookbook section at Borders Books.Bon appétit!JackieFrom: Susi Khosla <tennissusi2005@...> Cc: Sara LeeKing
