New to group question about suppliers

I was wondering if anyone had ever bought the Organic Virgin CO from

Columbus Foods? They claim that it is certified Organic however the

price is like 1/3 of what everyone else charges...can anyone tell me

if they have bought from this company and if it is suitable for the

Eat Fat Lose Fat diet?

Absolutely any VCO (as long as it smells and tastes like Coconut) will work

on this diet.
