Hello loyal readers,

Halloween can be a time of anxiety for parents and kids that live with food

allergies. Some food manufacturers are hesitant about giving out allergen

information over the phone or over the web and say to read the labels instead.

Unfortunately, the label is often on the large, outer bag, and not on the

individual pieces that get passed out on Halloween. If you know a child with

food allergies, never ever let that child eat something you are not sure about!

Hopefully Halloween will not be too scary for parents of kids with food

allergies if they refer to the following Halloween Candy Lists! Let's all have a

fun and SAFE Halloween.
