Guest guest
Has anyone tried it yet? I saw it posted on their website recently and was also excited. However, the did post a cross contamination disclaimer on their website. " We do our best to eliminate cross contamination with wheat flour but we cannot guarantee against it. We will cook gluten-free pizzas with ingredients on top to ensure the best quality pizza. " My gluten issues are not clear cut so it would be nice to hear from someone who has tried their pizza and had no problems. Amici's is pretty aggressive about preventing cross contamination. I hope Zachary's is as well. > > Zachary's Pizza three Bay Area locations introduced a gluten-free pizza with a Still Riding Crust: Oakland, Berkeley, San Ramon. > http://www.zacharys.com/gluten-free-thin-crust-pizza.html > > - Iscol > North Bay Celiacs >
