Local food allergy expert and author Bonnie Presti will be on hand to provide ideas on how to create your own delicious GF recipes. Plus, she'll sign her book " Allergy-Free Cooking " , a wonderful holiday gift for anyone on your list who has special dietary needs. In recent years, the number of people diagnosed with celiac disease (an autoimmune response triggered by gluten, the protein in wheat, rye and barley) has increased sharply. After being contacted by scores of customers asking about alternatives, Hobee's decided to implement a formal gluten-free menu. Please join us for this special event.
