Guest guest
Ok..I'm not one to post, but couldn't resist this one. I found out yesterday that Woodstock's Pizza in Santa Cruz has now started offering Gluten Free Pizza--and they'll deliver! I have not asked or found out what crust they are using, anything about their cross contamination issues, employee training, etc. I can tell you that I did go ahead and order a " Cruz Classic " last night and after 24 hours, I've had no reaction except an ear-to-ear grin on my face all day. I know everyone's tastes are different, but it is crispy thin crust and better than most of the others I've had. Although, I have to admit I'm so thrilled to have it as an option, that I probably wouldn't complain even if I didn't care for it. They only offer the Gluten Free Crust on their large pizza--it sounds like they make the crusts separately. I think that's great actually--it was awesome as leftovers today. ;-) PS..If you sign up for their email list, they will send you a buy one/get one free coupon to use during the first week after you join. They also have a frequent buyer card as well. I found out about the GF crust from a friend is subscribes to their list--it's not on their website yet.
