Hi.  I hope you find someone you are happy with to help you.  I heard about so many people having bad experiences with nutritionists and celiac disease that I decided to become a Health Coach myself.  I am still in school but I will be taking clients in about 4 months and will have a very discounted student rate for the first year of my services. 

I have Celiac and have been living gluen free for over 5 years.  I have lost over 80 pounds as well so I personally understand the issues you are concerned about.  I am also spcializing in easy gluten free cooking classes with a system of 10 minute healthy meals with infinite variations.
