You can use it on anything and everything. I use it on my oatmeal in the

morning, in my tea, in fact, I never drink tea without it anymore. Got so used

to tea with C O that I don't like to drink tea without it.. I use it in

everything I cook, eggs, veggies, you can spread it on toast or muffins on

everything you would use butter. I use it also on my hair, my face at night, I

also

use it as my deodorant and have been using it for that since the summer,. And

it works very well. I love coconut oil and am so glad I found it. Hope this
