Guest guest
You can use it on anything and everything. I use it on my oatmeal in the morning, in my tea, in fact, I never drink tea without it anymore. Got so used to tea with C O that I don't like to drink tea without it.. I use it in everything I cook, eggs, veggies, you can spread it on toast or muffins on everything you would use butter. I use it also on my hair, my face at night, I also use it as my deodorant and have been using it for that since the summer,. And it works very well. I love coconut oil and am so glad I found it. Hope this was helpful. good luck, angela **************One site keeps you connected to all your email: AOL Mail, Gmail, and Mail. Try it now. Guest guest
A few suggestions from Coconutty.co.uk: Eat it: * Eat off the spoon as a health supplement * Blend into smoothies * Use in baking in place of butter * Use for frying and roasting * Use as a delicious spread (replace butter/margarine) * Use in raw chocolate making * Use in 'the coconut diet' and other low-carb/low-GI/dairy-free/vegan/raw diets Apply it: * Body and face moisturiser * Baby oil (safe to swallow) * Hand cream for dry hands * Foot balm to sooth feet and assist dry skin * Massage oil * Emollient for problem skin * Hair detangler - apply to ends * Hair prewash - leave in overnight * Soothing lip-balm (doesn't create reliancy) * Bath oil for silky soft skin * Indian Head Massage * Scalp softener for dry, flaky scalp * Suntanning oil and after-sun lotion * Natural lubricant * Makeup remover * Toothpaste (add clove, fennel or peppermint) * Aftershave balm - soothes and moisturizes * Healthy pets -use in diet and on coat * Soap making base oil * Natural deodorant - anti-bacterial http://www.coconutty.co.uk > > Please give me some ideas other than eating it off the spoon. > > thanks diana >
