For awhile we were getting raw butter from our farm in Benson - but

often times they would let the cream sit too long, so the butter would

be more like ... cheese-butter.

Kerrygold and the Organic Pastures butter (Sprouts/Whole Foods) found

in the green foil wrapper are by far, the best butters you can get at

the market. We go through a ton of the stuff in our house. You also

might consider hooking up with Azure Standard (azurestandard.com) as a

source for clean, healthy food - the raw cheese they carry is really

nice and I know for sure they make several stops in Phoenix.

As far as I know, Azure Standard covers just the western states -

they are out of Oregon - but for those interested, you can go to their

website and find which states they go into.

When we did this protocol, I dosed my little one to 20,000 IUs of

Vitamin A - roughly 4 - 1/2 teaspoons/day - but I split it up and did

it twice. So, 1 teaspoon, twice/day. Blue Ice brand.

If what you bought is Garden of Life Cod Liver Oil - it is on the

Weston Price recommended CLO list. One teaspoon seems to contain the

same amount of Vit. A & D as 1/2tsp. of Blue Ice - so you would need 2

teaspoons twice/day. This is a good read:

Also, just out of curiosity, I wanted to see what Ramiel Nagel, the

tooth decay guy had to say about dosing - I'll paste it from this

http://www.curetoothdecay.com/Tooth_Decay/foods_stop_decay.htm:

" Elements of My Tooth Decay Reversing (Remineralizing) Protocol

I am giving away part of the protocol because I believe the world

deserves to know how to be healthy. Plus, the protocol is not the

secret, it is learning about it, and motivating yourself to implement

it that is the challenge.

1/4 - 1/2+ teaspoon high vitamin or fermented cod or skate liver oil

3x daily with meals, or 1 teaspoon - 2 tablespoons of organic liver.

- together with -

1/8 - 1/4+ teaspoon of high vitamin butter oil 3x daily with meals, or

1-2 tablespoons of yellow butter per meal.

2-4+ cups of raw grassfed milk daily (add 1 ounce of raw cream to

every 6 ounces of milk for regular whole milk, drink at room

temperature if possible).

2 cups daily of bone soup, made from slow cooking the bones & organs

of fish, chicken, beef and so on.

1-4 tablespoons of grassfed bone marrow. Either raw or cooked. "

Obviously, his regime is much more intense than mine ever was. I cook

with a lot of bone broths (the marrow ends up falling out into the

broth), but organ meats have always been a challenge. We got results

without them. But, I also sneak magnesium oil into our foods, stews,

soups, chilis, beans and I add sea kelp or dulse too. In the summer

time, I mix mag. oil in a spray bottle and spritz us when we're hot.

Keeping sushi wrappers in the cupboard for snacking is good too if you

can get them excited about it. Our eggs come from the farm we get our

raw milk from - she feeds the chickens milk, whey, curds, whatever she

has on hand and they eat all the bugs when they free range. I make

sure to mostly cook those eggs so the yolk is still runny and I know

*fo' sho'* that's helped.
