Guest guest
Hi ! Greetings from the Philippines ! If I get it right you had been consulting a doctor or doctors on your health problem, but recently, you decided to try VCO as you have known it (by what means?) as one of healthiest natural oil (plant oil from coconut palm trees) ? Just to share with you some health experience of people who have taken VCO: 1) as an anti-microbial/anti-fungal/anti-viral use- testomial of patients: no further breakout of herpes (cause by herpes virus) for one year with ingestion of 3 -5 tbsp VCO daily (in the morning with an empty stomach; 2) on obesity - a lady lost 10 lbs in 6 weeks time by consuming 3 tbsp VCO daily mixed with oatmeal; 3) on diabetes - a man's blood sugar stabilized after taking 3 tbsp for three wks; 4) on depression - a patient's mood levels improved by taking 2 tbsp VCO daily mixed with juice within a week. There are many more revelations or reports in this e-forum and other sources. Try reaching formal references as Healthy Ways Newletter and Health books of Dr Bruce Fife (Naturopathic doctor and nutritionist) thru the " Coconut Research Center " bruce@.... After learning more from this, I'm certain you'll be more confident of your decision to take coconut oil (VCO). All the best and cheers, Sev Magat Christa <ecwellsmail@...> wrote: Hi, I ordered vco yesterday. After much reading of all the research I think I am convinced that vco is alright to take. I must admit, I am still feeling some reservations. It's probably just the way we all have been raised up to think about these types of fats, but I'm getting over it. The big question for me is, what kind of results have you had by taking VCO? I have polycystic ovary syndrome, hypothyroid, candida, and painful hairloss. I am hoping that VCO will help all of these. Also, for those that have been on it longterm, and have had blood tested, how did your labs turn out? Thank you. --------------------------------- Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Try it now.
Guest guest
Christa: I have put some information below here for you to read and in my own situation I believe that EXCESS BODY FAT, especially on the belly is the biggest issue. Excess Insulin (perhaps from being Diabetic or indulging in carbohydrates) is a negative for sure. I'm not sure how it works but VCO DOES HELP Diabetics greatly, which in turn could lower Insulin levels. it does SOMEHOW assist us in balancing our hormones in a small way but adding some topical Progesterone could certainly make a difference and in some cases it can erradicate PCOS. Bonnie read below While the causes are unknown, insulin resistance, diabetes and obesity are all strongly correlated with PCOS. For many women with PCOS, their bodies have problems using insulin so that too much insulin is in the body. Excess insulin appears to increase production of androgen. This hormone is made in fat cells, the ovaries, and the adrenal gland. Levels of androgen that are higher than normal can lead to acne, excessive hair growth, weight gain, and problems with ovulation. Results with VCO? Hi, I ordered vco yesterday.
