Guest guest
I have just a moment -- you need a new breadmaker, new toaster, new teflon, new cast iron, new wooden spoons. I'm not sure about cutting boards; I've never heard anyone say so, but the inevitable nicks seem likely to hold gluten. Otherwise, all your old stuff will be fine. You don't need any special washing method, just ordinary soap and water. Honestly, it does get pretty easy once you get things set up. I've never heard of having to have different cleaning supplies. I don't know of any that would be a problem. Almost all toothpaste is GF, but of course you'll want to check. Some shampoos, soaps contains gluten, and that can get into one's mouth. Meds - that's a whole other subject. Got to go. Concentrate on having fun.
