I have just a moment -- you need a new breadmaker, new toaster, new teflon, new cast iron, new wooden spoons. I'm not sure about cutting boards; I've never heard anyone say so, but the inevitable nicks seem likely to hold gluten.

Otherwise, all your old stuff will be fine. You don't need any special washing method, just ordinary soap and water.

Honestly, it does get pretty easy once you get things set up.

I've never heard of having to have different cleaning supplies. I don't know of any that would be a problem.

Almost all toothpaste is GF, but of course you'll want to check. Some shampoos, soaps contains gluten, and that can get into one's mouth. Meds - that's a whole other subject. Got to go.

Concentrate on having fun.

Subject: [ ] Ok seriously now toothpaste and cleaning supplies

I am now banging my head against the keyboard.

Give it to me straight people...I got the food part down (ok no I dont but I understand it...kinda...)

But what else do I need to be thinking about? I would have never thought of cleaning stuff or toothpaste...

Do I need a new everything like bread maker..crockpot...cookie sheets?

So please share your lists of random gluten free needs...And then pour me a BIG glass of wine.
