Guest guest
Duncan: THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I SAID and what I tried to say in at least 3 emails. Phytosterols in THE DIET help us to make hormones and Phystosterols are in both Coconut and Palm Oils. And IF THESE TWO FATS, ARE IN OUR DIET, we can make hormones and I was making A LOT. Hi Bonnie, yes when we have phytosterols in the body we can make hormones from them. Bonnie
Guest guest
Bonnie, coconut oil, palm oil, and most other foods in your diet that contain phytosterols only contain very low amounts, too low really to do much including jack up testosterone levels. Because you were making a LOT of testosterone as you say, I'd suggest that rather than " blaming " the VCO or Palm oil percentage of your total diet I think the contributions other foods may have made should be considered. I think also you'll need to look elsewhere to find the reason why your system is making so much testosterone when the rest of us do not, even on the same food. That said, sterol family extracts are sold because they are concentrated enough to be useful for therapy, as opposed to regular food, and that's why I suggested Hops tea Duncan > > Duncan: > > THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I SAID and what I tried to say in at least 3 emails. > Phytosterols in THE DIET help us to make hormones and Phystosterols are in > both Coconut and Palm Oils.
