Guest guest
OK Libby, Here is where you take a deep breath and repeat after me: “I do not have to do everything all in the first week. I will move forward one step at a time, knowing that I will get better as I go.” Gluten-free is a process that will take time to understand an implement. All these things you can take in right now, but don’t let yourself be overwhelmed by the details. It took me YEARS to feel that I had all the gluten out of our lives. Do what you can today, then plan the next step. Next year at this time you will consider yourself a pro and be helping some other family go through the process. I don’t have time right now to go through some suggestions for cutting costs, but will send you some info later this weekend. Please accept my virtual hug (***) and glass of wine >-: Now, go do something fun just for yourself and leave the stress behind, even if it’s only for an hour.
