Guest guest
Hello everyone, Red Brick Pizza serves gluten free pizza and it is absolutely fantastic!! So good that I have been there THREE times this week. The pizza only comes in one size which is small and costs $1 more than the non gf pizza. The pizza and a soda for lunch was $9.00. The thin, slightly crisp, crust is not made there (I don't know which manufacturer) and they take all the precautions when making the gf pizzas. The locations: Gilroy 1 exit south of the outlets San 579 ave San 1751 N. 1st St Milpitas 131 Ranch Drive Monterey 459 Canyon Del Rey s Valley 6006 La Madrona Drive I gave the owner of the Gilroy location this email address as she wanted to host a tasting event. The pizza I had today was the Greek pizza with ham, red onions, kalamata olives, pepperoncinis, mozzarella, feta, olive oil and garlic sauce.. I have also had the prosciutto, mushroom, and arugula which was so delicious. By far the best pizza I have had!!!! Enjoy, Tania
Guest guest
Thanks for the info, Tania. I can't wait to try it, but it looks like both the Red Brick Pizza San locations are closed. The phone number to the Red Brick North First Street location is disconnected and the internet states that the Red Brick Avenue location is closed. Bummer! I called the Milpitas Red Brick location and they do have g-f pizza. When I asked about cross-contact issues, he hesitated before saying yes, they are aware of it. I don't think he really understood what I was asking and there was a language barrier problem. Anyway, I sure would ask some questions at the Milpitas location if you order g-f pizza there just to be assured they understand how the g-f pizza needs to be baked safely for us to eat. One thing is for sure - if we are EVER in Gilroy, we'll head to Red Brick for pizza! Thanks again for sharing!
