Need to find Neurologist familiar with Celiac

This is for my mother who is in her early 70s and has lots of neurological problems which I suspect are at least in part due to her Celiac which went undiagnosed until a year ago. Her doctors don't know about a connection between Celiac & neurological problems. I want to take her to a neurologist who is knowledgeable about Celiac disease / the gluten connection asap. Does anyone have any recommendations? East Bay would be best. I live in Concord.
