Of course ther are benefit, but there' also a downside. What is

the exact fatty acid profile? The oleic acid hadly counts, but

linoleic is quite inflammatory.

If you have that profile, plug it into the oils analysis

worksheet on my site in the " coconut oil references " ; it tells

you the peroxidation index (lower is better).
