Guest guest
Some coconut products have been thru a hydrogenation process to increase shelf life resulting in the formation of trans fatty acids as well as leaving some traces of the aluminium and nickel used in the hydrogenation process in the end product. Does anyone know if coconut flour undergoes this process?
