Does coconut undergo a hydrogenation process in the making of coconut flour?

Some coconut products have been thru a hydrogenation process to

increase shelf life resulting in the formation of trans fatty acids as

well as leaving some traces of the aluminium and nickel used in the

hydrogenation process in the end product. Does anyone know if coconut

flour undergoes this process?
