G-free Hotel / Restaurant consultant in Carmel area??

Hi

I was at Bernardus over the weekend - nice place but had to send almost every

meal back despite being extremely clear about my intolerance. Spoke to owner

about educating the staff... she seemed very open. Anyone know of an

organization / consultant that would offer their services? If so I will pass

along.
