If you pass through Yachats, you must stop for dinner at the Drift Inn.  They mark their menus to show you what is wheat (though not necessarily gluten) and dairy free.  They have always been very helpful with helping get something that is gluten free and open about how they avoid cross contamination.

In Astoria, I recommend the Silver Salmon Grille.  I haven't been there since my honey moon 2 years ago, but they were very helpful and had wonderful food.GF ChefMichie Page.

I'm travelling this weekend to Seaside OR and tried searching for a group like this for Portland, OR but didn't find. Anyone have tips for Portland/coastal Oregon GF dining?

thanks,

Here is a link to a restaurant list.http://www.glutenfreeportland.org/restaurant-list/Make sure you visit Corbett's Fish House and don't miss their Red pepper crab soup if you can eat dairy if you are near Portland.  OMG... award winning, literally!  And their fried clam strips.  I never eat like this but it is a must every time I am in the area.  And New Cascadia bakery has good bread and pastries too.
