Guest guest
A reminder about our August meeting. Pam Santa Cruz Celiac Support Group Meeting on August 14, 2010 in Felton The Santa Cruz Celiac Support Group will meet from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 14 at the Satellite Center 6265 Highway 9, Felton, California. Our featured speaker, Certified Nutrition Consultant Marie Treuge, focused her training on gluten intolerance and has been gluten-free herself for 5 years. Her topic will be “Healing the Gut after a Gluten-Free Diagnosis”. Treuge is a graduate of Bauman College’s Holistic Nutrition and Culinary school. She is a nutritionist at Aptos Medical Arts and also consults privately. There will be plenty of time after the talk for questions and discussion. We will finish with a gluten-free potluck lunch, so bring a gluten-free dish to share along with a list of ingredients or the recipe. As always, if you are unable to contribute to the potluck, please come anyway; there are always plenty of gluten-free goodies to go around. Please RSVP. If you need more information or directions, contact Pam Newbury: pknewbury@... or 831-423-6904.
