Restaurants around Berkeley

We are heading north to Berkeley on Sunday and need to eat dinner there. Looking on The Google Map, I only see a few options; I’m not interested in raw or vegetarian food, and the only others on the map are pizza places. Pizza’s OK, but I’ll be feeding two hungry teenage boys, and that can get expensive with those tiny GF crusts. Anyone have any experience at Extreme Pizza, Café Rustica, or Bobby G’s Pizza? I’d appreciate any comments on their cross contamination containment, pizza crust, price, or just how good the pizza is. Anyone have any suggestions for other sit-down restaurants in the area?
