Guest guest
Today is 108/77 so even better. However I am still dizzy at times and my memory is floating a little bit outside of my head (smile.) My back has been very tight. I had a massage about a month ago and the therapist said I needed someone who could work on my back for about two hours because it took her almost an hour just to get my upper back skin to move. That could be the problem as well. I have an hour back massage scheduled for this friday and I'll go from there. In response to the Cayenne tincture, I'm accustomed now to eating hot foods and swallowed it before it hit me. I was very warm for about 30 minutes. And felt pretty silly too.(smile) > > > Well the BP seems to be dropping.... dropperful of very strong Cayenne Tincture under the tongue...I would > > suggest that no one else try this ha-ha. Guest guest
Hi Don, There were a lot of warning signs about dangerous bugs etc. but I didn't see a one and didn't get any bites. I did see a squished scorpion at Biosphere 2. The sun was wonderful and the people were wonderful and the driving was super easy. I flew into Phoenix and spent some days talking to the inhabitants, checking out teaching studios, and traveling to a couple of suburb areas to determine what area would be best for me to relocate to financially. Everyone was very helpful and seemed happy to speak with me about their experiences. I then drove up to Sedona for a day. Met with a man who had graduated from the Edgar Cayce Institute and received healing work through him (my massage instructor was a retired swedish woman who had served in the coast guard and studied Edgar Cayces healing practices - so I am familiar with his work.) I had a very unusual encounter with a big black bird (I believe a raven), up at the little airport in Sedona, who was sitting in a tree and gobbling like a turkey. I took pictures of him but for some weird reason he isn't in any of the pictures. Then I drove down to Tucson to see that area for a day. Although everything was beautiful and the people were so wonderful and sunshine was everywhere, something inside me said Arizona wasn't the place for me at this time in my life. I recently visited the southeast coast of the States and I'm feeling drawn to that area. Currently I am looking at Virginia Beach and on down the coast. I have known for many years that the place I am in is not right for me. I need sunshine and warmth..even when I was a child the doctors were always telling my parents to take me to a warmer climate. Because I am a self-employed person (musician/massage therapist), and not exactly a spring chicken any more, my concern is that I will make a move and find myself in an uncomfortable financial situation. My family is my cat and my bro, and bro will be staying here when I leave. Coincidentally, the flower essence I just tested for is " Leap and the Net will Appear. " So I know I need to trust that God will take care of my finances and will be with me even if I make an inappropriate choice. I need to keep reminding myself too, that our entire life here is a path...I seem to think I will find an arrival gate somewhere that says " welcome, you finally found the place. " Hmm, I've written quite a long answer. I'll stop, but thanks for asking. - Dolly > Your welcome Dolly, > > By the way, how did you like old Arid-zona anyhow? Hehehehe > > Peace, love and light, > > Don Quai > > " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
