Hi everyone,Hope some of you can make this fun, free event. I'll be there demoing some dishes and then leading a discussion on favorite gf products/restaurants. Just a note: the cooking demo is held in the Draegers kitchen which is NOT a dedicated GF facility. However, you can come to watch the demo and get the recipes. Also, I attended the Fancy Food Show in SF a few weeks ago. I will soon report on some new GF products. For example, Udi's is finally selling a whole grain bagel. I found it in the San Mateo Whole Foods. I like it much better than the white version.
